What happens to money left on my child's account at the end of the year?
Money remaining on your child's account at the end of the year will be transferred over to the next year. Even if you change schools as long as you stay enrolled in an Orange County Public School the money will "follow" the student.
My child is already out of money; how did this happen?
Review account history with your child and the selections they are making. There are many à la carte menu choices which can add up quickly if a student does not make wise decisions.
If necessary, spending limits and restrictions can be set on the student's account. Contact the food service manager with any questions or assistance needed to make this arrangement.
