We are now utilizing an online system called Aktivate for sports physicals. parents need to upload physicals to the Aktivate system in order for their child to participate in a sport.

PHYSICALS ARE ONLY GOOD FOR ONE CALENDAR YEAR. IN ORDER FOR AN ATHLETE TO PARTICIPATE IN SPORTS DURING THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR IT MUST BE COMPLETED.
