PTSA

Parent Teacher Student Association

We encourage all parents, teachers and students to become part of our PTSA. Our PTSA is responsible for many projects around campus that benefit our students but are not funded through the county budget. The cost is only $8.00 per person. Checks can be made out to the Conway PTSA and dropped off at the front office or by your child turning it in to their 1st period teacher.

You can contact us via email at ptsa.cms2011@gmail.com

How can you get involved and help out with your child’s PTSA?

General PTSA meetings happen once every nine-week grading period and usually scheduled to be prior to the start of a major event on campus such as open house, band or chorus concert or Spring Fling. The PTSA Board meets the third Thursday of every month from 5:30 to 6:30 PM in the Media Center. All parents are welcome to attend and become part of generating ideas to better our school.

We are encouraging the Conway families to make a tax deductible monetary contribution in lieu of having to go door-to-door selling items people do not want. Fundraisers, at most, give 50% of the sales back to an organization. However, 100% of your donation will go directly into your PTSA budget and immediately go to work for your child. If you would like to make a contribution to the Conway Middle School PTSA, please click on the link below to print out the donation form and send in with your child to their 1st period teacher.
