Dear Conway Families and Community,

Welcome to a brand-new school year at Conway Middle School, home of the Falcons! I’m genuinely excited to kick off the year with all of you—our students, families, staff, and community partners. Whether you’ve been part of Conway for years or are just joining us, I want you to know: you belong here.

Conway is a neighborhood school, a community of learners, and a family of Falcons. Together, we celebrate achievements, overcome challenges, and create a culture where every child feels seen, valued, and inspired to reach new heights. I invite you to stay connected, get involved, and help us make this year one of our best yet.

Our theme this year is “The Winning Formula,” —a powerful reminder that success isn’t just about outcomes, but about the values, habits, and teamwork that get us there. We believe that success comes from a mix of hard work, strong relationships, and a commitment to doing what’s best for kids every single day. At Conway, we believe every student has the potential to soar when given the right support, encouragement, and opportunities.

Let’s make “The Winning Formula” come to life—one student, one family, one day at a time.

With Falcon Pride,

Joshua Bing Principal
