Visitors on Campus

What to do if you are a visitor?

All visitors on our campus must sign-in in the front office and get a visitors badge that they must wear while on campus. Listed below are procedures for common reasons to visit:

  • If you are here for a parent/teacher conference, check in the front office and then go to your student's grade level office. (eighth grade office is upstairs on the west side of campus (room 151), seventh grade office is upstairs on the east side of campus (room 158), and 6th grade office is in the front office.)
  • If you are here to register your child, check in the front office and then you will be sent to the registrar's office.
  • If you are here to pick up your child early, sign your child out in the front office. Students cannot be checked out the last 30 minutes of the school day. Dismissal time is 3:50 (2:50 on Wednesday).
  • If you are here to pick up a sick child, check in the front office and you will be direct to the clinic.
  • If you are here to drop something off for your child, check in the front office. Please make sure your child's name is on the item with grade level. Your child will be called to the grade level office to pick it up and sign for it.
  • If you are here to pick up your child after school (not in the YMCA After School Program), go to the front lobby and your child will be called to meet you. (Office closes at 4:30PM)
  • If you are here as an addition, check in the front office and go to the classroom or area you are assigned to.

Please adhere to the guidelines above to help us provide a safe learning environment for our students.
